Joey Marcacci

Joey Marcacci (he/him) is a writer, director, comedian, and interdisciplinary artist originally from the Bay Area, California who moved to Brooklyn almost two years ago. He lives and creates by three pillars: the body doesn’t lie, music is religion, and community is life. Joey is the founder of Digiii the stand up comedy open mic and show in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. His directing credits to note include Tartuffe, Kiss My Ass! (Muhlenberg College), My Arm (Stage Werx, San Francisco), God of Carnage (Muhlenberg College). Joey received his BA in Theatre from Muhlenberg College and additional education credits include UCB NY, Brooklyn Comedy Collective, and Theatre Academy of London.

Amanda Berkson

Assistant Director

Amanda Berkson (she/her) is an award-winning director, producer, and dramaturg based in NYC. Her recent work includes Wilderness! (SheNYC Arts Summer Theater Festival), Daughters, Wives, Mothers (Amalgamation Theatre Co.), buried (The Green Room 42) and Dubbo Championship Wrestling (AD)(AMAS Musical Theater). Alegra Secor

Alegra Secor is a multidisciplinary artist and educator who loves to find the whimsy in the arts! In their over 10 years of creating they have collaborated with organizations such as Urban Bush Women, Events 360, Revolutionary Spaces, and Alvin Ailey Dance Theatre. In 2025 they worked with Berkson Productions in the development of Buried and Wilderness. Alegra graduated from Muhlenberg College after working as a stage manager or director on over six projects and developing an honors thesis that combined their interest in the arts and therapeutic techniques. Between shows, they explore the joys of working with scholars with developmental disabilities and will be attending the Silberman School of Social Work this fall.
